Our newest community of Meridian ID homes is coming soon to North Meridian! The community will be called Quartet and is located off Black Cat Road between W. McMillan Road and W. Ustick Road.

This community will feature large home sites and some of our most spacious home designs. The homes will be tucked along landscaped tree-lined streets. We’re also including a swimming pool, walking paths and green spaces so you can easily stay fit and enjoy the outdoors right in your own neighborhood.

Quartet is convenient to local shopping, dining and businesses. Nearby restaurants include Panda Express, Dutch Bros. Coffee, Big Daddy’s BBQ Meridian, Tin Roof Tacos and Waffle Love. Stores in the vicinity include Walmart Supercenter, Costco, and numerous specialty shops.

Nearby Settlers Park has rental pavilions with barbecue grills, a fishing pond, walking path, a universally accessible playground, tennis and horseshoe courts and much more.
