Available Home: Lot has been purchased by a builder. The home is to be built or already under construction and is available for purchase from the builder.
Reserved by Builder: This lot has been reserved by a builder because they have an active lead interested in a particular lot. The builder has 60 days to contract with the potential buyer before the lot potentially goes back into the “AVAILABLE LOT” pool.
Sold Home: This lot has been sold to a buyer, and the home is actively being built. The lot is no longer available to anyone.
Not Available: This lot is not available for purchase.
