It’s time for the 2023 Boise Spring Parade of Homes! Brighton Homes and other area builders will showcase their best work by opening newly built and decorated homes for public tours. Join us for this exciting annual event to tour our Parade home and see the latest in building design and décor!

The Parade of Homes has been a fun Boise tradition since 1956. This year the Parade will be held May 6-21. Hours are Tuesday through Thursday 5-8 p.m., Friday through Sunday noon to 8 p.m. Parade homes are closed Mondays. Tickets are $15 each for ages ten and over.

This year’s Parade home is the Aspenridge design at 5121 W. Strant St., Eagle ID 83616. Located in the Homestead community, this spacious luxury home is 3,390 square feet. It has three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a 3-car garage. Designed to fit today’s lifestyles, the Aspenridge is a single-level home with a den, a second-floor game room, and a full bath.
