Shop for Your New Home with a Self-Guided Tour

One of the perks of choosing Brighton as your home builder in Meridian ID is the ability to take self-guided tours of our model homes.

We understand that you aren’t always available to visit during staffed hours at our model homes. Self-guided tours make it easier for you to see what we offer at a time that’s convenient for you. You and your companions, if any, will be the only people in the home at the time of your visit. You can tour the model at your own pace in a no-pressure environment. If you do wish to talk to a sales manager, you can do so through the app or by text message.

So, how do self-guided tours work? First, they must be scheduled in advance through the Utour app. You can find the app links for each of our model homes on our Model Homes & Self-Guided Tours page. The app will direct you through the registration process. You’ll have to provide a valid ID for security purposes when setting up your account.

Once verified and registered, you can schedule tours without showing your ID again. Each time you want to tour a model home, you’ll get a one-time access code to unlock the front door. The code will be valid at the scheduled start time and for 30 or 60 minutes afterward. You’ll also receive contact information for the New Home Specialist if you have questions or want to schedule an in-person or virtual meeting.

If you want to return to the same model another time, you must request a new code. You are welcome to visit our model homes more than once. You can also follow up a self-guided tour with a visit during staffed hours to talk to the new home specialist. Open hours vary by community and are available on the Model Homes & Self-Guided Tours page and on each community’s individual page. Our self-guided tours are available from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. daily.

Participating communities are Arbor, Cadence at Bainbridge, Cadence at Century Farm, Homestead, and Cartwright Ranch.
