Understanding Your Warranties

Our reputation as a leading new home builder in Meridian ID rests mainly on the outstanding quality of our homes. We work hard to assure that every house we build meets or exceeds the highest standards for new construction. This is why we’re confident to offer several warranties on your new Brighton home.
Plumbing and fixtures are warranted for 30 days after closing. We will fix any drips, leaks, clogs, or other plumbing issues at no charge within the first 30 days.
The workmanship is under warranty for one full year after closing. With this warranty, we assure you that your new home will not have any construction defects. Any part of your home that does not meet applicable building codes, the guidelines established by the National Association of Homebuilders, or the standards of performance set by the manufacturers will be repaired or replaced at no charge. We will send you an email 10 months after closing to remind you that the warranty is about to expire. You should let us know as soon as possible if any defects have been found so that we can repair them for you under warranty.
Your home’s mechanical systems will be under warranty for two years after the closing date. We warrant that the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems will be free of any construction defects.
Our longest warranty is the structural warranty. It lasts for three years and covers the load-bearing structural parts of the home, which are the foundations, load-bearing walls, beams, columns, and roof framing. This warranty protects you in the event that any of those elements fail in their load-bearing capacity and cause the home to be unsafe or unsanitary to live in.
When you purchase a Brighton home, you’ll have access to our Customer Care Portal and Warranty Portal in case you need to alert us to an issue.
All of the above warranty programs will go into effect the day you close on your new Brighton home. We have Meridian ID homes available now in Pinnacle and Quartet. You can also choose your lot and floor plan for a more custom build.
Quartet is our newest community in north Meridian ID. It features larger home sites with homes starting in the $550s. Residents can enjoy the pool, walking paths, and green spaces. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.
