In today’s competitive real estate market, new homes in Meridian ID are in high demand. Meridian benefits from a great location in Idaho’s scenic Treasure Valley. It’s surrounded by the natural beauty of the Northwest within easy reach of Boise. It’s no wonder that Meridian is the fastest-growing city in the state.

When you buy a new home in Meridian, you’ll be just minutes away from fun activities for the whole family. Here are some fun places you can go within a few miles of home:

Julius Kleiner Memorial Park

This park has a fishing pond, playground, splash pad, half-court basketball, bocce, sand volleyball, walking and biking trails, and a labyrinth.

Settler’s Park

Home to the first universally accessible playground in Idaho, Settler’s Park also has a splash pad, tennis, horseshoes, sound garden, and a fishing pond.

Roaring Springs Water Park

The largest water park in the Northwest has numerous elaborate waterslides, a wave pool, and a lazy river.

Wahooz Family Fun Zone

Located next to Roaring Springs, Wahooz offers bumper cars and bumper boats, a ropes course, laser tag, bowling, and an arcade.

Jump Time Trampoline Park

Kids can burn off energy on trampolines and a Ninja Warrior course or try some aerial stunts while parents relax in the bistro.

Vertical View Rock Climbing Gym

The gym has climbing walls up to 65 feet high. There’s a kids’ climbing area, a boulder course, and yoga studios.

To help you take advantage of all the fun things to do in the Treasure Valley, Brighton is busy building two new communities in Meridian.

Pinnacle

Pinnacle will be a beautifully landscaped community with its own town center. Amenities will include a large central park, swimming pools, walking trails, playgrounds, and schools. The community is next to Meridian’s Discovery Park on E. Lake Hazel Road. The park has playgrounds, a dog park, zip lines, a climbing wall and rocks, a seasonal splash pad, and more.

Quartet

This community is being built in North Meridian off Black Cat Road. It will feature large building lots and a convenient location near shopping and dining. Planned amenities include a swimming pool, walking paths, and green spaces.
