Our brand new Pinnacle community of Meridian ID homes will be open soon! Site work is underway and we’ll be taking reservations for new homes this spring.

Pinnacle will offer an unparalleled lifestyle in the SoMe district, where residents will enjoy a secluded setting within easy reach of city conveniences. Attractive landscaping, tree-lined streets, spacious homes, and lots of amenities will make living in Pinnacle a true pleasure.

Home pricing in this community will start at $600K and up. These home plans will feature the latest design trends and will be perfect for a variety of household sizes and lifestyles.

Amenities in Pinnacle will include a community center, two swimming pools, walking paths, playgrounds, and a large park with an outdoor amphitheater. Space is also reserved in the development of future school sites.

Next door to the community is the 27-acre Discovery Park, which has picnic pavilions, playgrounds, a dog park, ballfields, a performance stage, gardens, and other attractions.

Meridian is a fast-growing city attracting lots of new residents for its high quality of life. Located between Boise and Nampa, it offers numerous opportunities for employment, shopping, dining, and recreation.

The city is home to the headquarters of the Scentsy company and Blue Cross of Idaho. Cultural attractions include the Meridian Symphony Orchestra and Initial Point Art Gallery. Meridian Speedway hosts a variety of races on the weekends.

Students living in Pinnacle will attend the West Ada School District. In addition to traditional high schools, the district includes charter high schools for medical arts and technical education.

Nestled in Idaho’s scenic Treasure Valley, Meridian offers views of Squaw Butte, Shafer Butte, and the Owyhee Mountains. The region has a four-season climate that allows for a range of outdoor pursuits.

Several natural areas are within an easy drive of Meridian, such as the Snake River Birds of Prey National Conservation Area to the south and Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge west of Nampa. To the north, Eagle Island State Park is a great spot for swimming, fishing, horseback riding, hiking, and more.
