Kit Fitzgerald – Host
Designated Broker/Owner at Equity Northwest Real Estate

Kit Fitzgerald is a full time REALTOR® and Regional Designated Broker/Owner of Equity Northwest Real Estate. Kit began her real estate career in 2003, and prior joining Equity, she spent nine years as the Director of Sales at Red Barn Real Estate and four years as the Sales Director at CBH Homes.

She has served on many boards and committees within her profession in roles including President of the Community Realtors® Foundation, President of the Ada County Association of Realtors®, Executive Committee Member of the Idaho Realtors® Board of Directors, a director for the National Association of REALTORS Board of Directors and completed a six year stint as the WSU Alumni Association Director for the Washington, D.C. chapter.

Jon Wardle – Featured Speaker
President of Brighton Development & Brighton Homes

In his dual leadership role, Jon fosters collaboration throughout Brighton’s organizational structure and aligns the company’s development and homebuilding operations under a unified vision. Jon brings decades of experience across land acquisition, development, homebuilding, finance, marketing, and operations, with a career that spans multiple regions. Prior to Brighton, he held senior leadership roles with respected homebuilding and development firms across the western and southeastern United States, including division president and vice president positions overseeing land acquisition, development, and operations. Earlier in his career, Jon led his own real estate investment and land development firms, building a deep foundation in entitlement strategy, feasibility, and long term project execution that continues to inform his leadership today.
