Learn How to Use Our Self-Guided Tours

You’ve probably heard about Brighton’s self-guided home tours. You may have even considered trying it for yourself, but maybe you weren’t quite sure how it worked. Here we’ll describe how easy it is to take self-guided tours of our model homes.
Self-guided tours are a convenient, private way to look through our model homes on your own without a staff member present. You can schedule one when it suits you, anytime between 8 AM and 8 PM when the home is not otherwise open.
It’s totally free to register and take tours using our system. Start by going to our Model Homes page and clicking on the link for the home you want to tour. A popup window will take you step by step through the process. A help number will be shown in case you need assistance.
After you select a date and time to tour the home, you’ll be prompted to create an account. You must register and have your identity confirmed in order to take a tour, but you’ll only have to register once. After that, you can tour as many of our homes as you wish without going through the registration steps again.
Self-guided visits are scheduled for either 30 or 60 minutes. When you book a tour, you’ll receive a one-time passcode that will expire when your tour time is over.
When it’s time for your tour, go to the home and enter the passcode. You can then enter the home and walk through at your own pace. The home will not be staffed during a self-guided tour, but you will receive contact information for a sales manager in case you’d like to call or text with any questions or to follow up later and schedule a meeting. When you leave the model home, close the door firmly behind you. It will lock on its own within 2 minutes.
