We at Brighton Homes are excited to invite you to the 2021 Parade of Homes in Boise ID. Hosted by the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho, the event will take place from April 24 to May 9.

We’ve designed and built a one-of-a-kind Parade home that showcases the quality and style that are Brighton hallmarks. The two-story home in Cartwright Ranch stands out from the crowd with its crisp Craftsman-style exterior. Plentiful windows, including several bay windows, make this home attractive both inside and out.

The open-plan living areas are ideal for relaxed living. The family room features a fireplace and two walls of windows. In the kitchen, stainless steel Thermador appliances are energy-efficient and chef-quality. A supersize walk-in pantry provides plenty of storage space, while the patio is ideal for outdoor dining. Just off the front entry, there’s a private den with a bay window.

This 2,675 square foot home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3-car garage with a spacious storage area. All bedrooms are on the second floor. One of our favorite features is the second-floor deck accessible from the media room and owner’s suite. Other design highlights include a full brick wall in the mudroom and unique lighting fixtures throughout the house.

Our Parade home is Energy Star Certified and has a HERS rating of 73. We pride ourselves on building Energy Star Certified homes that are attractive, comfortable, and efficient to operate.

Visit the home Tuesday through Thursday from 5-8 pm and Friday through Sunday noon-8 pm. Parade homes are closed Mondays. Our home will have COVID precautions in place for visitor health. Group numbers are limited, surfaces will be frequently disinfected and masks are required.

Cartwright Ranch is located among the scenic Boise foothills. The community has a quiet rural atmosphere yet is close to city conveniences. More than 810 acres of green spaces and a network of trails will help you enjoy the outdoors right at home. Amenities include a swimming pool, pool house, and fitness room. Twenty home designs are available from 1,725-3,575 square feet, with 3-5 bedrooms and 2 or 3 baths.
