Introducing the Great Homes Tour

Have you heard about the new showcase homes tour, Great Homes Tour happening in Boise and Meridian this spring? Bring the whole family to tour brand new homes, enjoy complimentary food truck fare and join in on community block parties over the two weekends of the Great Homes Tour. Perhaps you’ll even meet future neighbors!

The Great Homes Tour will be open from noon to 7 p.m. Friday April 26 to Sunday April 28, and again Friday May 3 to Sunday May 5. Several events will be held each weekend in the three communities, so you’ll have plenty of chances to see each home. The tour is hosted by Brighton, Alturas Homes, and James Clyde Homes, and introducing J. Edwards by Brighton.

Planning Your Route

So where should you start? On the first Friday of the tour, April 26, at Quartet in North Meridian, there will be a hosted food truck on site from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. Tour the open houses and enjoy a complimentary bite to eat.

On Saturday, April 27 at Pinnacle, you’ll be treated to lunch by MELT food truck between noon and 3 p.m. when you tour our open houses in this fantastic south Meridian community. Afterward, head to Quartet from 4-7 p.m. for a block party. Tour the open houses, play lawn games and grab a treat from the Sugar Wagon.

Sunday, April 28 from noon-3 p.m. the Tour will feature a SO|ME Mini Market near the Tour homes at Pinnacle. The Mini Market is a small-scale sampling of our big monthly farmers market at this growing community. After the Mini Market, head to The Highlands at Cartwright Ranch and enjoy Tony Cannoli for dessert from 3-5 p.m. while you take in the beautiful homes and breathtaking views of the Boise Foothills.

For Weekend Two, Pinnacle will host a block party on Friday, May 3 from 4-7 p.m. Kids can create LEGO projects on the Building Steam bus and the whole family can play yard games. Treats will be offered from the Sugar Wagon.

Saturday, May 4 is Anzalone Pizza day at Pinnacle. Visit the tour homes from noon-3 p.m. and get a free slice of pizza and a drink. Then visit Cartwright Ranch from 2-5 p.m. for a Derby Day block party. Watch the world’s most famous horse race in a luxurious showcase home in The Highlands.

The Great Homes Tour wraps up on Sunday, May 5. Stop by Pinnacle between noon and 3 p.m. to shop the SO|ME Mini Market for local goods and produce. Tony Cannoli will be back at Cartwright Ranch from 3-5 p.m. so you can have a cannoli and a stroll-y to cap off the tour!
