As a leading Meridian ID home builder dedicated to energy efficiency, we at Brighton Homes are honored to be recognized with another award from the EPA’s Energy Star program. The annual awards honor businesses and organizations that have been leaders in protecting the environment by implementing excellent energy efficiency protocols in partnership with Energy Star.

Brighton Homes has earned the New Home Builder and Affordable Housing award in the category of Partner of the Year: Sustained Excellence. This is the highest honor a builder can receive in the Energy Star awards. The designation is reserved for Energy Star partners that have received the Partner of the Year award at least two years in a row and have exceeded the guidelines for qualification. This year’s award recognizes Brighton for 8 years of sustained excellence.
Brighton joined the Energy Star program in 2009 and has built more than 2,000 Energy Star-certified homes since then. Every Brighton Home is Energy Star certified.
