River Heights embraces the natural palette of Barber Valley with an enclave of homes that characterizes the scenic beauty of this east Boise setting. Surrounded by a wealth of cultural, recreational and civic activities, River Heights offers its own list of attractions including a centralized activity center with gathering and event areas, a fitness center and an outdoor pool, all slated for completion in 2010. This initial phase is comprised of 45 homesites, with the remaining 195 to be released upon demand.
