Lars Hansen, Brighton Homes Director of Operations
In 2007, Lars joined Brighton Corporation to develop and implement new strategies in residential development and product design to address the evolving marketplace. Specifically, his duties with Brighton Homes include market research and analysis, product development and prototyping, and Sales and Marketing. As Brighton Corporation moves into the future, Lars will be instrumental to the quality of future developments as an integrated land planning and product development approach is pursued by Brighton Corporation. Lars received the American Institute of Architects School Medal for Excellence in the Study of Architecture upon graduation from the University of Idaho in 1998.
A bit of trivia: Lars won a national architectural design competition sponsored by TrusJoist in 1995.
John Cloninger, Superintendent
For over two decades, John has successfully managed the development of multiple commercial and residential projects, as well as single-family homes. His career in construction, with hands-on experience in nearly every trade involved, has made him the “go-to” person for procedures and solutions.
A bit of trivia: John was formerly the Mayor of the City of Cascade, prior to his employment at Brighton.
Brandon Waltman, Superintendent
Since 2006, Brandon is an invaluable addition to the Brighton Homes team. His passion for the homebuilding industry is evident by the many accolades received by both trade contractors and clients. A naturally optimistic team player, Brandon creates long-term partnerships with trade contractors, which results in a higher level of construction and workmanship.
A bit of trivia: Brandon has won several local and regional basketball slam dunk competitions.
Brad Easterday, Drafting and Design
Brad joined Brighton Homes in 2008 to provide in-house drafting/design support. Through his efforts, personalization to each home can be achieved efficiently. He has a remarkable ability to manage hundreds of details and specifications, both client-driven and standard, regardless of complexity.
A bit of trivia: A true techie, Brad has designed a new software program that aids 3D designers in adding photorealism to their rendered images.
Carl Trautman, Purchasing Manager
As the newest member to Brighton Homes, Carl brings an additional 16 years of experience in the residential development and homebuilding industry. His expertise includes carpentry, concrete, estimating and purchasing, plus a degree in Civil Engineering. Because of his well-rounded scope of knowledge, Carl's ongoing focus is streamlining systems, enhancing trade partner resources, and adding value to each model home built under the Brighton brand.
A bit of trivia: Carl enjoys playing ping-pong with his six children. He is also currently serving as the Vice-Chairman of the Kuna Planning and Zoning Commission.

Lynn Jenkins, Purchasing Agent
Lynn joined Brighton Corporation in 2005 as Project Coordinator. Since that time, her expertise in residential estimating has become an integral part of the homebuilding process. As a result, Lynn splits time between residential and commercial projects with prowess and a great sense of humor. Regardless of the degree of personalization, Lynn works with trade contractors to make sure prices stay on target.
A bit of trivia: Lynn has only moved once her entire life...and it was a whole 2,200 linear feet to the home next door!
Roberta Riley, Project Coordinator
With over 12 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Roberta adds a higher level of service and attention to detail to each home. Similar to a personal assistant, she enriches the entire homebuilding and selection experience for clients, with a great amount of care and patience.
A bit of trivia: Roberta is a native from Ontario, Canada. If you've met her, you could have guessed, eh?
